The projects are meant to be accessible and enjoyable for anyone, regardless of their skill level or prior experience with art. I'll provide step-by-step guidance and encouragement throughout the class, so you can focus on having fun and exploring your creativity.
In this class, I will guide you through a fun and intuitive approach to painting and mark-making, using a variety of mediums such as acrylic paints, watercolors, and crayons. Even if you've never picked up a paintbrush before, you'll be able to create beautiful abstract pieces that are uniquely your own.

Hello and welcome! I’m Katie and I'm a teacher specializing in Procreate and pattern design. But I'm also excited to share that I'm trying something new with this class. While I love working with digital tools, I've recently had a passion for exploring different art mediums and techniques. So, I'm thrilled to share my latest endeavor with you - a mixed media class that's all about exploring your creativity through found object mark-making and color study.
It's a fun and approachable way to experiment with different materials and techniques, and to explore your own unique creative voice.
