Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at katie@perchhandmade.com. Provide a photo of the item and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Order Errors

In the event of an order error (wrong size, color, or item), please contact us at katie@perchhandmade.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the error. We will rectify the mistake with a replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply do not meet your expectations. Please double-check the sizing chart and product details before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once we receive your claim and verify the issue, we will process your refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Return Shipping

In cases where a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping costs will be covered by us only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
